1  "Member" accepts and undertakes that he/she is authorized to disclose confidential/private/personal data-special personal data/commercial information of "Members" to official authorities in cases where "HERNEBURADA" is obliged to make a statement to official authorities in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, and therefore, he/she will not demand compensation from "HERNEBURADA" under any name whatsoever. Apart from this, if the "Member" notifies "HERNEBURADA" that any person or institution's rights have been violated in relation to the advertisements given on the "Portal" and informs that he/she will take legal action; "HERNEBURADA" may provide the name-surname information provided by the "Member" to the relevant party.

2  “HERNEBURADA” may use information about “Members” on the “Portal” within the scope of this “Membership Agreement” and the Privacy Policy in ANNEX-2, which is an annex and an integral part of this “Membership Agreement”. “HERNEBURADA” may only disclose or use confidential information about “Members” to third parties under the conditions specified in the Privacy Policy.

2 Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of the website located at https://www.herneburada.com/ (“ Portal ”), which is managed by TOURBEDS (“HERNEBURADA” or “Company”). The definitions in the Usage and Membership Agreement will be taken into account in the interpretation of the expressions not defined in this Privacy Policy. Users will be deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy upon accepting the Membership Agreement.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Herneburada may and change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on the Portal. Updates and changes made by Herneburada to the Privacy Policy will be valid from the date of publication on the Portal.

The User undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and that in case of any change in this information, they will immediately it  at https://herneburada.com/index.php?page=membership  . Herneburada will not have any liability if the User does not provide up-to-date information.
